A graduate of Columbia Business School and the University of Virginia, I’m certified to coach by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and the Life Mastery Institute. As a Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index, I leverage this unique assessment tool to help my clients improve their results. While working with me, scores of can-do individuals, professionals, and business owners, have accelerated their results, and created richer, more fulfilling lives, both personally and professionally. 

Although coaching is fun because it’s my calling, when not coaching I love reading historical novels, decorating, and spending time with family and friends at the beach on Cape Cod. I live in Montclair, New Jersey, and I’m Mom to my three amazing young adult children, who have been among my greatest teachers.
