The Alzheimer's Family Community Center at the Cape Cod Mall offers programs, supports, and services to individuals and families living with Alzheimer's and other dementia-related diseases. Come for information, education, cognitive health screenings, or become a member of the CARE (Community Alzheimer's Respite and Engagement) Program, providing two-hour sessions of fun, meaningful activities for people living with cognitive loss. All programs and services are provided cost-free to anyone who needs them.
