Buses and Shuttles
Cape Cod has many car-free options for getting to and around the region, and traveling by bus is one of our most popular choices! Both Peter Pan Bus Line and Plymouth & Brockton Bus offer services from Boston to Woods Hole and Hyannis, where you can connect with in-town buses, ferry providers, livery service and auto rentals. Only Peter Pan provides service between Hyannis and Providence, RI.
Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority’s buses, shuttles and seasonal trolleys are easy to use and a great way to travel around Cape Cod. The Cape Cod RTA also offers DART (Dial-A-Ride Transportation) and SmartDART services. DART operates by appointment, while SmartDART is available on-demand and offers cost-effective transportation solutions.
