Are membership dues tax deductible?
Yes, 93% of annual membership dues are tax deductible as a necessary and ordinary business expense. The remaining 7% is allocated towards lobbying efforts.
Are you affiliated with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce?
The Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce is an independent organization and a member of the U.S. Chamber’s Federation Partnership Program. Qualifying members may opt-in to the U.S. Chamber’s Small Business Membership through this partnership.
