Cape Cod businesses have a valuable opportunity to strengthen their workforce while taking advantage of expanded state funding opportunities.
As of April 1, the Massachusetts Express Program reimbursement rate for employers with 51–100 employees has increased from 50% to 100%, making workforce training more accessible and affordable than ever before.
To help employers learn more, Cape Cod Community College’s Center for Community & Professional Education (CCAPE) will host a virtual Express Grant Employer Information Session on Thursday, June 4, from 12–1 PM.
During the session, the CCAPE team will explain how they work directly with businesses to create customized training programs tailored to each organization’s unique goals and workforce needs. From professional development to industry-specific skills training, CCAPE helps employers build programs that support employee growth and long-term success.
Businesses that are unable to attend the virtual session can still connect with the CCAPE team for a personalized one-on-one consultation to explore training opportunities and grant funding options.
