Construction Debris!!
It’s part of every job and no way around it but the damage it can do to doors and windows can be costly!!
We often get calls that the lift and slide doors aren’t operating correctly! These weep holes and tracks must be maintained during construction and after. If they’re cluttered with debris they won’t operate well either!
Even after the home has been turned over to the homeowner the doors and windows must be maintained on a regular basis.
You have to look at it like a car if you want it to work correctly you must maintain it. How often will depend on the product and location!!
