Acres of natural beauty bordering Sesuit Neck’s salt meadow with magnificent marsh views provide a true getaway: a setting where you can kick back and relax, and yet sleep 17. Steeped with history, but with all the amenities of today, The Pearl at Sesuit Neck features an inground pool, 2 firepits, a grill, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 laundry rooms, you don’t ever have to leave if staying close to home is what you seek. However, if you wish to get out and explore, all the main attractions of the Cape are a short drive away. This location makes an ideal spot for gatherings, where everyone is guaranteed to have a memorable time.

The Pearl at Sesuit Neck offers space for games, talks, dining and time spent with some of nature’s more peaceful surroundings, plenty of open space for kids to run around, and while adults relax, recharge and reconnect. The unique character of this traditional New England heritage location provides a sense of living history, but with modern day conveniences.

Accommodates Both Large and Small Parties: Check-in for a long weekend of relaxation and rejuvenation with the most beautiful of surroundings, or plan a longer stay. Whether you are looking for a peaceful getaway with guest accommodations with room for everyone, a place to retreat and reconnect with nature, run a workshop or retreat, this location will more than meet your needs. If your party is smaller, both halves of The Pearl are available to rent individually. Although they are attached, they have separate entrances and living quarters. The Starboard side of The Pearl (left side) was more recently built and can comfortably accommodate 9, while the Port Side of the Pearl (right side) originates from the 1800s, and can easily accommodate 8. Also ask about the use of the Separate Office Outbuilding designed specifically for those who need privacy to do some work on vacation for an additional cost.

Autumn on Cape Cod: Come explore Cape Cod’s second summer and enjoy beautiful cooler weather with milder temps – but without the crowds.  Cape Cod’s shoulder season should not be missed, with its endless shimmering ocean views contrasting against the season’s vibrant rich fall foliage and vermillion-saturated cranberry bogs. Escape the long lines and enjoy the Cape’s outdoor activities, along with some solitude.

From a fresh lobster dinner to succulent oysters, enjoy dining al fresco on outdoor decks and patios well into the season. There is nothing quite like a beach day in autumn, where the beaches are less crowded and the ocean temps remain warm into September. As fall progresses with cooler days, bundle up for a refreshing walk along the seashore. Spend afternoons kayaking, canoeing or paddle-boarding our waters, chartering a fishing boat and engaging in some recreational fishing, going on a whale watch excursion, hiking nature trails or sailing off into some of the most beautiful sunsets you have ever seen. Some of the locals consider this the best time of year on the Cape!
