Property Cape Cod Vacations

    About us

We’ve curated a boutique collection of Cape Cod homes we feel favor personality over pretense.  The home might be historic or close to the beach or have A-M-A-Z-I-N-G views, or be near all the action, but still be in a tranquil location. All have a carefully chosen nickname to represent the character of the home and its history or location. Often the homeowners are past real estate clients of ours and they want someone they trust to manage their property as if it were our own.

Several of the homes we’ve collected are ideal for large group accommodations and they are advertised here on the chamber website and on our vacation website: http://vacations.propertycapecod.com/  Just look for our Blue Compass Rose to find your way to your next Cape Cod vacation stay.

Several of the homes are perfect for large wedding party accommodations, family reunions, spiritual and corporate retreats or workshops, extended weekends on Cape Cod with all your friends and family.

    Autumn on Cape Cod

Come explore Cape Cod’s second summer and enjoy beautiful cooler weather with milder temps – but without the crowds.  Cape Cod’s shoulder season should not be missed, with its endless shimmering ocean views contrasting against the season’s vibrant rich fall foliage and vermillion-saturated cranberry bogs. Escape the long lines and enjoy the Cape’s outdoor activities, along with some solitude.

From a fresh lobster dinner to succulent oysters, enjoy dining al fresco on the home's many outdoor decks and patios well into the season. There is nothing quite like a beach day in autumn, where the beaches are less crowded and the ocean temps remain warm into September. As fall progresses with cooler days, bundle up for a refreshing walk along the seashore. Spend afternoons kayaking, canoeing or paddle-boarding our waters, chartering a fishing boat and engaging in some recreational fishing, going on a whale watch excursion, hiking nature trails or sailing off into some of the most beautiful sunsets you have ever seen. Some of the locals consider this the best time of year on the Cape!
