It's more achievable than you think! Imagine your most blissful savasana enhanced by the gentle ebb and flow of water ripples and birdsong. Doing yoga on the water is one of the best ways to discover the beautiful quiet waters of Cape Cod while practicing your favorite yoga poses. 90 Minute classes include instruction in basic paddling, and how to modify yoga poses for SUP.  BOGA Yoga Air SUP boards are designed to give you a mat experience on the water. Sequences are planned to be accessible for all levels, with plenty of options to up level for more experienced yogis.
