Steve and Lydia will be sharing their passion for creative cuisine by showing preparation techniques, tricks of the trade, helpful tips and of course, giving recipes from the evening to create at home. After the presentation, savor the demonstrated meal in our elegant dining room. Guests will have the opportunity to purchase specially selected wine or beer flights that will complement the meal.
