The Colchagua Valley Chile with Chef Joe Cizynski
Just like a great wine is born from great grapes, along with a great wine is born a cuisine of excellence, with flavors and aromas that create the perfect food matching. In the Colchagua Valley there are Chilean restaurants that show the best of our land and sea, but there are also restaurants with Italian and Peruvian influences that make great use of the local ingredients.
