Highfield Hall and Gardens will be hosting a one day event on Sunday July 20th from 10-2:30, held rain or shine under the tent: demonstrations, lecture, plant sale and local garden group's information. Cost is $10 and includes admission to the mansion and Art show. Patrick Dougherty Stick Sculpture on dispaly.

Join local author and expert Joan Harrison for this special session as she shares the best methods for achieving vibrant bloom color. Her book, Heavenly Hydrangeas, will be available for purchase and for signing. All programs are free with museum admission.
Garden#1 - 15 Pine Lane, Barnstable Village
Lovingly planted by the original owner, these gardens surround a quintessential Cape Cod home in the village of Barnstable. The rear of the house invites you to rest and enjoy the floral gardens. Directions from Barnstable Village: on 6A head west towards West Barnstable or Sandwich. After passing the courthouse complex on your left, the second street on the left is Pine Lane. The property is the first house on your right.
The proceeds from the garden tours will benefit the Branstable Education Foundation. Admission:$5 per garden. Rain or Shine.
With the uncertain winters as of late, many people are concerned that their hydrangea blooms will suffer or be non-existent the following season. 'Copper-Bottomed Hydrangeas' will focus on some varieties that we know will bloom. This will be Gardens by Barbara Conolly, Inc.'s third year joining us for the Cape Cod Hydrangea Festival, and her first year as a Certified Proven Winners Landscape Professional.
