2018 History Talks at the Grange Hall - Birthplace of the Nation: Commemorations of the Pilgrim Landing in 1620 and Today
Anne Mason is the Executive Director of the Plymouth Antiquarian Society, a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving and sharing local history. She received her Ph.D. in American history from the University of Delaware in 2015. Her research explores how public commemorations of the colonial past shaped American identity in the early twentieth century. There is no admission fee, though donations will be gratefully accepted. Coffee and cookies will be provided.
