    Join regional leaders for the State of Cape Cod Virtual Summit which will focus on housing, the environment, real estate, employment, and travel. They will look at the impacts the pandemic has head on these sectors and look ahead towards the summer season and what we can expect in the coming months.

    We encourage you to watch, join the conversation, and share the virtual discussion, which will be moderated by Matt Pitta, Director of Communications at The Davenport Companies, and feature the following panelists:

    - Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce CEO Wendy Northcross
    - Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS CEO Ryan Castle
    - MassHire Cape & Islands Workforce Board Executive Director Kara Galvin
    - Association to Preserve Cape Cod Executive Director Andrew Gottlieb
    Topics will include resources available for households who need rental and mortgage assistance; the housing crisis facing Cape Cod; the region's growing needs to address wastewater; the current unemployment rate in our region; the job market and obstacles facing employers; the booming real estate market and what's driving single-family home prices upward; the state of business and economic projections for the summer season; and how all of us can get involved in addressing regional issues.
    While these have always been important issues for our region, they have become increasingly critical as a result of the events of the past year. Your involvement in our community can help address these issues and ensure Cape Cod remains a thriving, vibrant year-round community for all.
