Based in Boston, Songs in the Key of Life pays tribute to one of the greatest musicians of our time: Stevie Wonder. The band has a rotating cast of phenomenal singers, each of whom sings Stevie’s tunes in his or her own way. At Payomet, the band will feature Lance Webb, formerly of Pieces of a Dream and local funk favorite Hypertension; Concetta, the sultry-voiced singer who has shared the stage with numerous Grammy nominees, and Sheree Dunwell, a versatile first call vocalist who has sung all over the country displaying her serious talent.

Songs cover tunes from albums as far back as My Cherie Amour (1968) to Conversation Peace (1995). You will hear some of Stevie’s greatest upbeat songs, such as "I Wish," "Superstition" and "Do I Do," as well as ballads including "Creepin'" and "Ribbon in the Sky."

Sax-Man Elan Trotman has quickly become one of the fastest rising stars in jazz with over 10 Billboard-topping radio singles in his young career. Trotman brings his tropical grooves and soulful Caribbean flavors to major festivals and cruises worldwide. In addition to a successful solo career, the Berklee College of Music graduate has also worked as a side-man with some of the biggest names in the biz including Roberta Flack, Jeffrey Osborne, Johnny Gill, Peabo Bryson, Michael Mcdonald, Jonathan Butler, Sheila E and Earl Klugh. Trotman is also the Executive Producer of the Annual Barbados Jazz Excursion which directly supports Elan’s Never Lose Your Drive Foundation in Barbados.

Elan’s latest Billboard-topping release is a 10-song tribute to the music of Marvin Gaye, entitled Dear Marvin, and features Grammy-winner Jeff Lorber, former lead singer of Tower of Power - Ray Greene, Najee and many more.
