    Event Information

Turn over a new leaf and start your New Year’s Resolutions off with our Journaling for Wellness Workshop. Whether you have enjoyed journaling for years, never considered it, or are somewhere in between, join us as we explore the value of journaling for wellness and self-care!

The practice of journaling can help us articulate thoughts and challenges on the page during both trying and not-so-trying times. This workshop includes a brief discussion about the health benefits of journaling, short and sweet freewriting exercises and tips about how to sustain greater self-compassion and self-awareness through writing. All are welcome to attend this free Zoom workshop. This event is brought to you by the Hyannis and Cotuit Public Libraries.

Registration for this free Zoom event is required. Zoom links will be sent to participants the day of the event.
