    Is someone on your team interested in learning some basic culinary skills? Do you have an employee who might benefit from some kitchen skills training?

    The Cape Cod Culinary Incubator is offering a series of FREE culinary skills classes beginning February 25th.


    This grant-funded program is open to adults, aged 18+ with an interest in working in the food service industry on Cape Cod. Classes are offered at no-charge and will be held for seven weeks, beginning February 25, 2020 at Cape Cod Regional Technical High School in Harwich, MA.

    Classes are scheduled to meet at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and will meet for 2-3 hours. Topics covered include —

    · Basic food safety & sanitation

    · Recipe reading

    · Knife skills

    · Grilling, frying, sautéing, baking

    · Kitchen teamwork

    Participants who complete the program will receive a Certificate of Completion, ServSafe Food Handlers Certification, and reference letter from the CCCI Board of Directors.
