Presented by the Cultural Center of Cape Cod on December 17, from 5-7pm. “Color the World Beautiful,” is a collection of work in many media by the artist of the Cape Cod Collaborative Arts Network. This exhibition's theme is centered on the idea of creating beauty (or hope or unity or joy) through color and the many ways it can make our world a more beautiful place. Artists were invited to look at color in any way they chose—celebrating nature, conveying emotion, representing diversity, etc.—and to bring these interpretations into their work. This exhibition, which will be presented in the Saben Board Room Gallery from December 8-18, has no admission fee. Visitors are also welcome to experience New Work by the Cape Cod Woodturners from December 8-18 in the Blue Room and Vault Galleries; and View from the Cloister: Art from the Trappist Monks of Saint Joseph’s Abbey in the Constantinidis Great Hall Gallery from November 24-December 18. All are welcome. The Cultural Center expects all people who have not been fully vaccinated to wear masks at all times while in our buildings. The Cultural Center is located at 307 Old Main Street in South Yarmouth. For more information, visit www.cultural-center.org or call 508-394-7100.
