2023 WALK FOR ALZHEIMER'S IN PROVINCETOWN

Join the Alzheimer's Family Support Center for a festive day in Provincetown, Sunday, October 15, 10 am to 2 pm. Ride the Mayflower Trolley, dance to the Sound Dunes Big Band, enjoy lunch by Cosmos Catering, and walk with your community to the scenic West End of Provincetown to raise awareness about Alzheimer's and dementia and much-needed funds for the AFSC's array of no-cost services for Cape Cod's families and individuals who are living  with dementia-related diseases.
