Patriotic Fun on Cape Cod
Looking for ways to make the most of your seaside Independence Day celebrating on Cape Cod? From village parades and jaw-dropping fireworks displays to patriotic concerts that will have you singing right along, here's a round-up of just some of the ways you can show your red, white and blue stripes this Fourth of July!
On Cape Cod, Fourth of July Fireworks are our specialty! In fact, the Falmouth Fireworks display - now in its 38th year - was voted one of the 10 best fireworks displays in the country by Travel and Leisure Magazine. Plan to arrive early to stake out your viewing spot - all displays start at dusk.

MASHPEE HIGH SCHOOL, MASHPEE
The evening's fun also includes music, dunk tanks, carnival-style games, face painting, pony rides and food vendors - bring a picnic basket and make a night out of it!

Wednesday, July 4
FALMOUTH HEIGHTS BEACH, FALMOUTH
Country music singer Ayla Brown will be headlining a free concert at Falmouth Heights Beach from 6:45-8:45 pm before the spectacular display at dusk!
LEWIS BAY, HYANNIS
Bring your blanket and enjoy an entertaining pre-fireworks patriotic concert at 7 p.m. at Aselton Park, overlooking scenic Hyannis Harbor.
PROVINCETOWN HARBOR, PROVINCETOWN
Some of the best seats in the house are aboard the Dolphin Fleet, which offers a fireworks-only cruise at 8 p.m. (book in advance!) or from Pilgrim Monument, where the festivities also include live music, lobster roll and fried chicken.
FIREWORKS CRUISE ON PLEASANT BAY, ORLEANS
8 p.m. to 10:45 p.m. aboard Blue Claw Boat Tours, Nauset Marina, 235 Main Street, Orleans
Take a leisurely cruise to Pleasant Bay as dusk descends, then set anchor and enjoy refreshments as you watch your own private fireworks display.
