James Messinger the proprietor of "The Crazy Chefs," is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America with a Bachelors degree in Occupational Studies in Culinary Arts Management. Chef James received numerous accolades, awards and graduated with honors from the C.I.A. Chef James has worked for the finest restaurants in the area and also served as a Wine Consultant to Boston's largest and finest hotels and restaurants. Chef James is completely dedicated to the hospitality/service industry.
