Chef James received numerous accolades, awards and graduated with honors from the C.I.A. Chef James has worked for the finest restaurants in the area and also served as a Wine Consultant to Boston's largest and finest hotels and restaurants. Chef James is completely dedicated to the hospitality/service industry.
