Cape Cod truly is "The Golf Coast!" It is no secret that this sandy peninsula is the top golf destination in the Northeast.
Whether you’re just beginning or a scratch player, Cape Cod’s 27 public courses and 15 private facilities run the gamut of skill levels. Well-manicured fairways and greens beckon golfers to the area, as does the region’s mild climate, which often allows golfers the unique opportunity to play 52 weeks a year.

With over three dozen golf courses on the Cape, there is no shortage of opportunities to tee it up. There are championship courses, classic nine-hole courses that date back to the 1890s, and three of the finest par-54 golf courses in the country. Some of the most widely renowned golf course architects have had a hand in sculpting Cape Cod’s scenic golf vistas, including the Bayberry Hills Golf Course in West Yarmouth, Bass River Golf Course in South Yarmouth, Ballymeade Country Club in North Falmouth, Blue Rock Golf Course in South Yarmouth, The Captains Golf Course (Starboard & Port) in Brewster, Dennis Pines and Dennis Highlands Golf Courses in Dennis, Miacomet Golf Course on Nantucket and the Ocean Edge Golf Club & Resort in Brewster.
There is a reason why Cape Cod is the place to go for a golf experience you won’t soon forget. Cape Cod has produced some of the best golfers in the world. The list includes former PGA Tour players Jason Caron, Jim Hallet and Jeff Lewis and former LPGA Tour members Sally Quinlan and Carri Wood. Former PGA Tour star Paul Harney thought so much of Cape Cod that he moved his family here in the late 1960’s and built his own golf course in Falmouth, the Paul Harney Golf Course. There are also top-flight golf schools throughout the region.
